Terms of service

• Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Products are sold for personal use unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g. trade or wholesale).
• All information supplied during checkout must be accurate and complete.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
• Email may be used as our primary method of communication regarding your order.

Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled or amended unless agreed by Flaxfield Linen. Returns may be made in accordance with our Delivery, Returns & Refunds policy.

We may refuse or cancel an order at any time (e.g. pricing/description error, stock unavailability, suspected fraud). If payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

While we strive for accuracy, items may become unavailable after an order is placed. If an item cannot be supplied, we will notify you and refund the affected amount. Product images are illustrative; please refer to descriptions for colour, fabric and dimensions - minor variances may occur.

• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be received and cleared before dispatch.
• Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay).

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or peak periods do not constitute a breach of contract. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us promptly of any incorrect, missing or damaged items via contact us.

If you change your mind, returns may be made in line with our published Delivery, Returns & Refunds policy. Unless otherwise stated:

• Full-price items: return or exchange within 21 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging, in saleable condition.
• Sale and Outlet items: final sale unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method; original shipping is non-refundable.
• Exchanges may attract a re-shipping fee as stated on our Returns page.

• Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively.
• Codes are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers unless stated.
• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue, are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Personal information collected during checkout or via our communications is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Security Policy. We use secure payment gateways and do not store complete credit-card details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flaxfield Linen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of revenue, profit, data, goodwill or opportunity). Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for the goods, including standard delivery costs.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, carrier or supplier failures, pandemics, export restrictions, governmental action or power/network outages.

All website content — product photography, designs, text, graphics and layout — is the intellectual property of Flaxfield Pty Ltd or its licensors.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
