Shipping and Returns

Delivery

We offer free standard nationwide delivery on all orders and international orders over $400.00. For interntaional orders under this amount we charge a flat rate of $30.00 for delivery to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped via Road Express or Australian Post. You'll receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package's progress. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the Eastern States, and 5-10 working days for delivery within Western Australia or the Northern Territories. For international orders, please allow 10-12 working days for delivery.

Customs Information

If you order from Flaxfield Linen and have your package shipped internationally, please note that your order may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimate. As the "importer of record," it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you will receive the goods. Customs policies and fees vary widely from country to country, and you may be responsible for paying additional taxes or import duties. Flaxfield Linen is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy allows for refunds or exchanges on all full-priced items within 21 days, as long as they are unused, unlaundered, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Items bought on sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds will not include the original postage charge, and a $15.00 postage fee will apply for item exchanges.
