Shipping and Returns

Delivery within Australia
- Free standard nationwide delivery on all orders
- Dispatched within 1 business day via Australia Post or Road Express.
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days (Eastern States), 5–10 business days (WA & NT).
- Tracking emailed on dispatch.
International Delivery
- Free shipping on orders over AUD $500 to NZ, USA, Canada, Singapore, UK, Ireland.
- AUD $35 flat rate for orders under AUD $499 to the same countries.
- Estimated delivery: 10–12 business days.

Customs Information
As the "importer of record," it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you will receive the goods. Customs policies and fees vary widely from country to country, and you may be responsible for paying additional taxes or import duties. Flaxfield Linen is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.
Returns and Refunds
- Full-price items: return or exchange within 21 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unlaundered, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- Sale items: final sale (unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and exclude original shipping.
- Exchanges: AUD $15 re-shipping fee.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty).
