Delivery within Australia

Free standard nationwide delivery on all orders.
  • Dispatched within 1 business day via Australia Post or Road Express
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days (Eastern States), 5–10 business days (WA & NT)
  • Tracking number emailed on dispatch

International Delivery

  • Free shipping on orders over AUD $500 to NZ, USA, Canada, Singapore, UK and Ireland
  • AUD $35 flat rate for orders under AUD $499 to the same countries
  • Estimated delivery: 10–12 business days

Customs Information

As the importer of record, it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you will receive the goods.

Customs policies and fees vary widely by country. You may be responsible for paying additional taxes or import duties. Flaxfield Linen is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
  • Flaxfield Linen does not provide prepaid return labels
  • Original postage and packaging charges are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, a $15.00 postage fee applies to send the replacement item
We strongly recommend requesting proof of postage when returning goods, in case the parcel is lost in transit.

Full-Price Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to provide a refund or exchange on all full-priced items provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items are in perfect condition — unused and unlaundered
  • Items are in their original packaging and in saleable condition
  • Items are returned within 21 days of delivery
Items that have been used, washed, or returned without original packaging cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Sale & Outlet Items

Sale and Outlet items are final sale and are not accepted for return or exchange unless the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds for items purchased as gifts can only be issued to the original payer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us to request a return form.

Alternatively, include a brief note with your return containing:

  • Full name and delivery address (including postcode)
  • Email address and contact number
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you would like a refund, exchange, or credit note
