All orders will be processed within 24 hours and couriered via Fastway or Australian Post. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can easily track your parcels progress. Please allow 3 – 5 working days if you reside in the Eastern States or 5 – 10 working days if you live in Western Australia or the Northern Territories.

When orders are shipped internationally and reach their destination, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from Flaxfield Linen, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and depending on the country you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Flaxfield Linen will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.
We are happy to provide a refund or exchange on all full priced items provided they are in perfect condition, unused, unlaundered and in their original packaging. Just return the item back to us within 21 days. We don’t refund the original postage and packaging charge and if an exchange there is a $15.00 postage fee for the replacement.
With all sale items we have a seven-day return policy. Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer. Any items purchased within the Flaxfield Linen Outlet section of this website are considered final sale items and are not accepted for returns unless faulty. All items returned must be unused, unlaundered and returned in the original packaging.
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a returns form or alternatively please include a brief note with your return including your name, address, postcode, email address and contact number. Please also tell us why you are returning the item and whether you would like an exchange, refund or credit note.
When you return goods, we strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.
